Glasgow Roastery bar

We love Thomson's Coffee! Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, they've been roasting since 1841, so they know what they're doing. We use their St Vincent Roast espresso to give a good coffee kick to the layer of ganache inside this bar. We wrap the ganache in a strong 41% milk chocolate. We think this is a fabulous combination.
