Honeycomb in Milk chocolate
This is honeycomb - but not as you know it! Our new recipe uses heather honey from the wonderful Heather Hills Farm in Bridge of Cally, just down the road from Braemar, giving it a deep taste and slightly chewy texture.
We handmake this is small batches and then dip it in chocolate - twice!
