Full of Fruit ingredients and allergens

We have just one tiny kitchen and - currently - can't guarantee that our products are completely free of cross contamination of ingredients.  So any of our chocolates may contain allergens. Also, many of our nut suppliers cannot guarantee that their products are not free of contamination from other nuts during processing.

There are five main allergens that we use regularly in our kitchen: Milk and other dairy products - like cream and butter, Nuts - mainly almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and walnuts, Soya - traces of which may be found in the emulsilfier: Soya lecithin used in our chocolate, Gluten - mainly from oats, but occasionally wheat and Sulphites (Sulphur Dioxide) - in dried fruit and in fruit-based alcohol. Allergens are shown in bold in our ingredients' lists.
