Lots of people asked us for just caramel - the gorgeous caramel in our pralines - and so one Friday evening we had a short team meeting (which may have been helped along by a Friday night refreshment) and invented this. Simple and - we think- one to rival our best selling bars!

Our caramel is handmade right here in Braemar by us, and its deep flavour is the perfect partner for Papouasie 35% single-origin milk chocolate. With its smoke and hazelnut flavours, we think that this gorgeous milk chocolate makes this bar a totally moreish caramel treat.
