Hot chocolate - DARK

We were asked for a hot chocolate mix so many times we eventually gave in.

Unlike a lot of big brand hot chocolate, there's no milk powder, or added sugar in ours; we've done it the old-fashioned way - with just great-quality chocolate. Then we've also added some fabulous specialty cocoa powder to make it even more chocolatey, without overdoing the sugar... although you can always add more for a rich sweet treat.

This hot chocolate is made with 54% dark chocolate with added deep red cocoa powder. Also available milk (41%) or darkest (70%).

You can make with any type of milk, and remember it will need a little more mixing, but we think definitely worth the effort!
