Passionfruit and Heather honey praline - Great Taste Award winner! is gloriously tropical and fresh, yet distinctly Scottish at the same time! We use award-winning heather honey from Heather Hills Farm just down the road from us at Bridge of Cally. Two of these in this selection.
Lemon posset praline is simple, sweet and tangy. A light white chocolate and lemon ganache, topped with a dot of lemon reduction. Originally made to celebrate a Royal Deeside summer (it was our late Queen's favourite dessert), we have kept this in our collection due to its unwavering popularity! Two of these in this selection.
Raspberry praline with a sumptuous dark raspberry ganache and a dot of raspberry gelé. Two of these in this selection.
Cranachan truffle, our top seller! There's a lot going on in this one. The most classic Scottish dessert is reinvented in this truffle, with raspberry paté de fruit, a white ganache with local Braemar honey and Royal Lochnagar whisky, all dipped in white chocolate and topped with oat crunch.
Toast & marmalade truffle using a Seville orange paté de fruit - our take on Dundee marmalade - and the best sourdough toast we've ever had from the award-winning Wild Hearth bakery in Crieff.
