Single origin Dark selection

Just in case all you want is a simple taste of some great chocolate, we have put together a selection of some of the great single origin chocolates we use in our shop.

In this selection are a 70%, 75% and 85% selection - all with a distinct aroma and taste. Sao Thomé is strong with a fruity note, whilst Tanznie is smoother - even though - at 75% - it has higher cocoa content than Sao Thomé. Finally, full-bodied Tumaco - at 85% - is a Fino D'Aroma single origin, with a very deep chocolate taste.

Please let us know if this isn't a Xmas order, as we currently planning to dispatch Xmas orders a little closer to the holiday season to ensure your chocolates are fresh.

Single origin Dark bars ingredients:

Sao Thomé dark chocolate ingredients: Cocoa mass Sao Thomé (cocoa solids 70%), Sugar, emulsifier (Soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring

Tanzanie 75% Bar ingredients: Cocoa mass Tanzanie  (cocoa solids 75%), sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla powder

Tumaco 85% Bar ingredients: Cocoa mass Tumaco (cocoa solids 85%), Sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (Soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring
