Galloway Gin praline with Hills and Harbour gin and strong milk chocolate. We love this gin which uses Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed as some of its botanicals. Two of these in this selection.
Cranachan truffle, our top seller! There's a lot going on in this one. The most classic Scottish dessert is reinvented in this truffle, with raspberry paté de fruit, a white ganache with local Braemar honey and Royal Lochnagar whisky, all dipped in white chocolate and topped with oat crunch.
Speyside whisy truffle with Benromach Contrasts Organic single malt and strong milk chocolate. Another simple truffle which lets this beautiful whisky work its magic... one of our chocolatier's favourites!
Whipped Cairngorms ginger caramel praline is one of our newer additions and is proving to be insanely popular. A smooth milk shell is filled with our own recipe handmade caramel whipped up with stem ginger. Light and moreish! Two of these in this selection.
