Speyside Raspberry gin bar

A smooth dark chocolate bar filled with a ruby chocolate ganache, using the beautiful Speyside Caorrun Raspberry gin, along with a dot of tangy raspberry gel. This is a classic combination with a Cairngorms twist.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (min 54% cocoa solids), Ruby (Milk) Chocolate (min 47% cocoa solids) cocoa solids, Milk powder, sugar, Butter (Milk), raspberry puree, raspberry gin, emulsifier (incl. Soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
