Chocolatiers Collection - Spirit of Scotland

We all know that these days Scotland isn't just famous for whisky, so we have a lovely range in our collection! Spirit-based chocolates are one of our customers' top selections, so here they are in a special 9-box selection.

Isle of Skye whisky truffle, featuring powerful Talisker and a smooth dark chocolate. A simple truffle which lets Talsiker's complexity shine. Two of these in this selection.

Caithness rum and raisin truffle, with Raiders Rum from the Ice & Fire distillery near Wick. Paired with plump raisins and a rich single-origin milk chocolate, this is a sumptuous truffle.

Galloway Gin praline with Hills and Harbour award-winning gin and strong milk chocolate. We love this gin! The botanicals in Hills and Harbour used are Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed.

Cranachan truffle, one of our best sellers! The classic Scottish dessert is reinvented in this truffle, with raspberry paté de fruit, a white ganache with local Braemar honey and Royal Lochnagar whisky, encased in white chocolate and topped with toasted gluten free oats. 

Speyside whisky truffle with Benromach Contrasts Organic single malt and strong milk chocolate. Another simple truffle which lets this beautiful whisky work its magic... one of our chocolatier's favourites! 

Vodka espresso praline featuring Glasgow-based Thomsons' St Vincent roast coffee and gorgeously smooth and rich Ogilvy vodka from Angus, in a milk chocolate shell, with a dark filling.
