Ordering this Christmas

Our Christmas order book opens on Thursday 15th October, with the full range of truffles, bars, caramels and gift boxes ready to order online for delivery, or to collect in person from the shop here in Braemar.

If you're local, or visiting Braemar over the festive season, you're welcome to order online and collect in person instead, just let us know some details at checkout.

Our shop in Braemar will be open until December 24th then we will reopen in the new year on the 21st January 2027!

However you're marking the day, whether it's a full box for the table or something to send to someone further afield, we hope there's something here for them.

How Christmas dispatch works

Every Christmas chocolate is made by hand here in Braemar, so rather than sending orders out one by one, we make them in batches and post them all together, timed so they arrive fresh and in good time for Christmas.

That means your Christmas order will be dispatched shortly after the last order date for where it's going, rather than straight away (see below for our Christmas order cut off dates!). Overseas parcels go first, then Europe, then the UK.

If you really need it sent on a specific date, leave us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to fit around you - we might be in touch to clarify a few things if you do so keep an eye out for our emails).

If your order includes anything that isn’t a Christmas pre-order, such as our everyday bars or hot chocolate, it will be sent together with your Christmas chocolates. If you’d like those items to arrive sooner, please place them as a separate order.
