This is a luxurious salted caramel - the colour of gorgeous Shetland ponies...

We slowly caramelise white chocolate, and then add a sprinkle of sea salt, harvested by hand on the west Atlantic coast of Shetland. This has been our most popular seller - at the beginning we couldn't keep up with demand. It's a classic!
