We first made this truffle for one of our corporate clients, infusing Valencia orange into the ganache and finishing each one with a sticky orange syrup. It was too good to keep to a single order, so we’ve brought it into our Christmas range for everyone to try.

Using a single origin 70% chocolate from the Dominican Republic, we've paired a Valencia orange gin to create the smoothest of truffles. Decorated with the Valencia orange zest, this chocolate and gin pairing is already one of our favourite additions to our range.
