Islay whisky bar

We've taken Bowmore - one of our favourite whiskies from the Isle of Islay - and mixed its silky peat smoke notes into a deep dark ganache, wrapped in smooth single origin Mexique dark chocolate.

We think this is a fabulous pairing - Bowmore is peaty but with subtle lemon and honey - so works very well with this smooth, but not too strong 66% dark chocolate.

We use oat cream in the ganache in this bar, making it more suitable for those avoiding dairy. Please go our ingredients and allergens page for more information.
