Highland bar
Inspired by a highland forage for wild thyme in the summer heather, we've made a beautiful walnut ganache, wrapped it in milk chocolate, and sprinkled the back with thyme caramelised walnuts.
The walnuts are surprisingly mild in this bar - a very smooth combination with a little hint of arctic thyme.
Please let us know if this isn't a Xmas order, as we currently planning to dispatch Xmas orders a little closer to the holiday season to ensure your chocolates are fresh.
