We love Thomson's Coffee! Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, they've been roasting since 1841, so they know what they're doing. We use their St Vincent Roast espresso to give a good coffee kick to the layer of ganache inside this bar, all wrapped in a strong milk chocolate. We think this is a fabulous combination.
Glasgow roastery bar ingredients: Milk chocolate (min 41% cocoa solids), cocoa solids, Milk powder, sugar, coffee, Butter, Cream, invert sugar, emulsifier (Soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
